These terms and conditions govern the users use of the website and your relationship with us ("Perfect Lashes", "perfectlashes-usa.com", "we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access nor use the website. ALL PAYMENTS TO PERFECTLASHES-USA.COM USING ONLINE CREDIT CARD FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Online purchases from perfectlashes-usa.com can only be made by those persons over the age of 18. If we discover that an order has been placed by a person under this age, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made.
Secure Shopping / Payment Options
Your credit/debit card transaction is safe and secure when you place your order online at our website. Because Internet security is so important to us and our customers, our online shop uses the PayPal payment Gateway facility provided by PayPal © (www.PayPal.com). We (perfectlashes-usa.com) do not therefore store records of credit/debit card details as all transactions are processed by the secure systems at PayPal ©. We accept payment using most major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Payment is due to us in full, prior to dispatch of goods. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Postage is estimated in your shopping cart and displayed to you before you confirm your order details. Orders received after 2pm CST ship the next business day. Business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Track your Order
PerfectLashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was shipped. Qualified refunds and returns are charged a restocking fee of 15% or $15 (whichever is greater). No product can be returned without advance authorization. To obtain advance authorization, please contact Perfect Lashes via email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please reference your order number and photos of damage if applicable.
In case wrong item(s) was shipped, all goods returned must be in their original packaging and unopened. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel). We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of use.
Authorized refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or PayPal, the method used to pay.
Unless a training course has been paid in full, a Deposit is required for all our courses. The deposit may vary depending on which training course you choose. All training courses that have not been in pay in full, will have to pay the remaining balance before 14 days prior to their training course. If payment has not been made 14 days before the training course, the training course may not go ahead or the space reserved will be taken by someone else and you will loose your deposit. If a deposit has been made to reserve a training course space, only one payment must be made to pay the remaining balance. If a payment has been made more than twice, a processing fee will occur. We do not offer payment plans.
For salons visits full payment is required 31 days prior to training.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances but can be transferred once (one time) to later course date if 14 days notice prior scheduled course date is received in writing. A $75 admin fee will be added for transfer and must be paid at time of transfer. Deposits will be lost if you do not pay remaining balance 14 days prior your scheduled training date and the space reserved will be taken by someone else. No exceptions.
If we are supplying models, there may be times when models do not show on the day and you will need to complete your practice on training heads, or you may need to share a model in class. Sometimes during a training class, students may share a model for just a technique in an advanced class.
If you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another date at the time of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

If you do not attend a course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable. Training course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and non-transferable if cancelled less then 14 days prior training date regardless of illness, weather conditions or any other reason.
Late arrivals/no shows
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from the training, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. If you do not show for your training the full course fee remains payable, no refunds, no exceptions.
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible.
